I am trying to understand how the algorithm of the Tech and Design Points Generation works. I am following this article but I am struggling to understand how the "T,D Points" section is calculated. Can someone help me with that?

Before I created my own game platform, I was using the same topic all the time，and always chose eyeone(Sometimes choose mature ). And then I got these suitable genre.( Please forgive me for not being very good at English)
The version of this is 1.6:3
So I was just starting up a new game, made a few games, researched transport after like 5 games, make a game about transport (y2 m11) and it gets 9.75. I am very happy, so I make a sequel to my first game (I have a mod that allows me to do that) and I get 9.75 again. I get very excited, so I make another sequel to another game I made, and it gets 9.75 again. Is this normal or what?
(I do not have any mods that increase ratings.)
A - All Audiences
PG - Age 7+
S - Age 13+
R - Age 17+
X - Age 18+

I just realised, on the game development by experience 1.6.11, extreme sports works well for both the young and old age rating, but not everyone. This is very confusing.

I have been trying to get sports, military, medieval, and fantasy topics (for the success guide) and I was wondering what the likelihood is I get to g all 4 of those as starting topics. I have been trying in-game and on here to find out the likelihood but nothing has turned up. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I want to know if after i complete the game if i can still unlock like new graphics and stuff and if i like choose 35 years there are less options (i chose 35 and if there are less options i want to know if there is any way i can change that or atleast make the other stuff unlockeble)

I got bankrupt from this, one month my billed charges were 1 (50+ 0) The thing beside it said MSCDPN_88 Help? I was doing so good and loss all my progress because of this.
